Writing recipes is one of the best parts of my job. I wrote my first recipe book in 2013 and now have 5 in my repertoire.
Because I'm a completely self-taught baker, my books are suitable for home bakers and while each of them have their own theme, they all focus on alternative ingredients and contain a lot of gluten free, refined sugar free and vegan recipes.
